Price & Details

Tour price: $2800 USD (or $2300 by Dec. 1, 2018)

Included in the tour price:

  • Shuttle transportation to and from YHZ*

  • Hotel accommodation for 7 nights (based on double-occupancy)

  • 6 dinners (Sunday-Friday)

  • 7 breakfasts (Sunday-Saturday)

  • 2 picnics (Monday and Wednesday)

  • On-road snacks

  • On-road support

  • Luggage transfer

  • Storage for your bike box

  • Use of tools and bike stand

  • Routes and maps

*Transportation from YHZ to Truro occurs on the "Arrival" day of your tour. Transportation from Truro to YHZ occurs on Day 8 of your tour. 

Not included in the tour price:

  • Airfare

  • Beverages other than water at dinner (though of course, you can order these yourself!)

  • Lunches (except on the two days we have picnics)

  • Saturday night dinner (as people will be arriving in Truro at different times, this makes the most sense)

  • Gratuity

  • Single supplement, should you wish to have your own room

  • Trip insurance (recommended)

 

Payment Method

After you complete the registration form, we will review it and email you a link to complete payment. You will also fill out a "rider information" form and sign a waiver. 

 

Single supplement

$500 for 7 nights’ solo accommodation

 

Registration Policy

  • To reserve a spot, a $500 deposit is required.

  • You must be paid in full 90 days prior to trip.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your trip, the following charges apply:

  • If 45 days before departure, no refund.

  • If between 46 and 90 days before departure, 50% refund.

  • However, if you help us find another client who registers and pays for a tour, there's no cancellation penalty.
